Plaza Lighting!

Rich in Kansas City Tradition, on Thanksgiving we head to the Country Club Plaza to see the Plaza Lighting Ceremony.

after nearly getting run over by two cars driving through the crowd, the lights came on and... well, that was about it.

Pretty Anti-climactic. I don't know if we'll go again.

Fun with Photoshop

Former Gresham resident and brilliant Photographer Tara (Buss) Kneiser and I were talking photos today. I asked how she got such great colors in her shots. She sent me a few things and I did some fun in photoshop tonight.

Ice Skating!

Let it be known that I've only ice skated about 4 times, and I'm not that good.

Holding Riley as she fell back into my arms added the difficulty.

Factor in that I had to lean over the whole time? My body hurts today.
