Jackson 4 Month Checkup

Just confirming what we all knew. Vital Stats:
16 pounds, 9 ounces 85th percentile.
25 3/4 Inches 85th percentile.

A co-worker gave me a set of pajamas his boy had outgrown. They're 9/12 Months. I'm sure it'll fit him by the time he's 6 Mo.

TTFN!

Has anybody seen my baby?

Riley's been pretty good this weekend, which is a relief.

We got a coupon in the mail for $10 off a car seat at Babies R Us and Jodie's been talking about how Riley has about outgrown the one she's in. Which is fine, because Jackson is about ready to move up to the one she's in now. So we installed the new big girl car seat that will also serve as a booster seat with the real seat belt. This one is good up to 100 pounds. so I hope we keep it clean.

BUT THAT'S NOT THE BIG NEWS!

RJ pees at school on the potty. She has no desire to do it here at home. But we stopped her this morning before she pooped in her diaper and threw her on the ring. After many, MANY failed attempts, Riley took a nice big potty in the toilet. Then later on in the morning, she grabbed the ring and put it on the toilet herself. I asked if she needed to go, and she did! potty again and a teeny little poo.

So we kept her in Pull Ups the whole day and had no success again, until about 6:30, when Jodie and I where putting clothes away and I heard her go into the bathroom and grab the ring again. SUCCESS! a third potty!

We've been heaping praise, and M&Ms on the girl all day.

Heck today in Target, we had her walking along side us. As we walked from one side of the store to the other, past the lingerie, I saw her grab for a striped Bra on the bottom shelf. NOT YET, MY PRINCESS. NOT YET.

Good day. We needed it.
