Sing a long!
I've expressed before how much she loves the Doodlebops, but she's really into singing along now. But that's not the cool part.
Ever since she was an infant, one of the songs I've sung to her at bedtime is "Goodnight, Sweetheart." (I actually stole the idea from Roger, who sang it to Eli.) Now when we sing before bedtime, I ask if she wants "In the still of the night" or "You are my sunshine" but she prefers "Goodnight, Sweetheart."
I've always encouraged her to say "Go" with me as I sing. "Goodnight sweetheart it's time to go." and she'll whisper "Go." Usually I'd have to remind her, but she's getting better at doing it on her own.
Well now, when I get to the Verse "Well it's three oclock in the morning..." and I get to the line "I don't mean maybe" you can hear her say.. "mean maybe" and even the last part of "because I love you so."
I love that little girl.

Keep singing! I absolutely love it when Owen starts "singing" along with us! I get goosebumps! I keep trying to videotape Owen when he "plays" the piano, but his "songs" are short...
